How It Works
The game consists of three unique challenges, and each round brings up four contestants to compete head-to-head. You'll have 60 seconds to complete your task, with the best time or performance winning the round. Don't worry if you don't win because every participant walks away with a consolation prize!
The Challenges
Sorting Jellybeans with Chopsticks
- Task: Transfer as many jellybeans of a selected color into a cup using only chopsticks.
- Tips: Choose the color that's most abundant in the bag! Wrong colors don't penalize you so if some jellybeans are stuck together, don't waste time trying to seperate them!
- Score to beat: 32 beans was the high score during our game!
Cup Stacking and De-Stacking
- Task: Stack 15 plastic cups into a pyramid shape (triangle formation) and then quickly unstack them.
- Tips: Keep calm and move steadily. Accidentally knocking cups off the table will cost precious seconds!
- Time to beat: A blazing fast 18 seconds!
Balloon Cup Blowing
- Task: Use a balloon to blow 13 plastic cups off the table within 60 seconds.
- Tips: Blow up the balloon to its fullest and use the airflow efficiently to knock the cups off in fewer blows. Don't go for 1 cup at a time. Our winner was able to knock 6 cups at one time!
- Time to beat: 26 seconds!
The Prizes
Whether you win or lose, you won't walk away empty-handed:
- Consolation Prize: A branded Royal Caribbean keychain.
- Winner's Prize: A compact, travel bag-in-a-bag, which is a polyester tote that folds into its own small pouch. Perfect for a day at port or light packing!
