How to Clean White Nike Air Force Ones (Shoes)

Submitted by: Dmurda

When your working with all white Nike Air Force Ones this is what you do.

Every time you wear them when you come home and take them off put some old socks in and stuff the all the way to the toe to push out any creases.

Then you put some simple green or other non-bleach cleaning solution and get any and all dirt off. Might have to take out the laces to get the tongue.

After wiping away excess dirt, get some whitening toothpaste and put it on a washcloth, then scrub them gently.
Wipe them dry then wait a little to see where the toothpaste stuck and crusted on and wipe that off with water.

Then, with the socks still inside the shoe, get the outside toe area wet (might get the socks wet through the holes but who cares) and throw them in the freezer over night. When you wake up in the morning you get to see some brand new ones.

I've had mine for a couple months, and besides the bottom, which you can't see when your wearing, my shoes still look brand new.
Bleach will turn them yellow although you can throw the laces in a bucket of bleach/water mix for a little and get them looking good. Or you can spend the dollar to get some new laces which isn`t too bad.

Don`t let your Air Force Ones look like this:
