How to Grow Taller / Increase Height Blog - Part 6

I should note that this isn't a how-to guide, but more of a blog outlining if these stretching exercises work for height increase.

I finished my preliminary and Stage II exercises. Note that I also did the preliminary exercises throughout the entire 3 weeks of the Stage II exercises, where the book only has you do them for 2 of the 3 weeks during the Stage II exercises.

My weekly measurement showed little to no gain, at first I was excited to see a gain, but as dumb as this sounds, make sure your hair is very flat, your hair can misrepresent additional gains, as it did for me.

Although I am feeling more skeptical as the weeks go by, I will push forward to the Stage III (Advanced exercises in hopes of some gains), the book says you will gain somewhere between 1/2 - 2 in. every 2-3 weeks. If I see no gains within the first 2-3 weeks, I may throw in the towel.

Again, my goal is outline my experiences with these height and growth increase programs, so you can better make a decision if they are worth it for you.
